In this initial meeting, we like to hear about you, your story, where you are at, your dreams and what you like to achieve.
Our aim is to understand your financial situation and where you like to be, so we can partner with you effectively.
We will also explain how Concept Funding can help you with your first property purchase.
Fact Finding
After our initial meeting, we will request you for supporting documents so we can analyse your financial situation in detail and maybe seek clarifications to understand your situation in depth so we can find the right loan products for you.
This is when you tell us your preferred lender and what you are expecting from your lender. Eg. branch network, big banks only,…
Recommendations
We will short list some options based on your preference and circumstance. Highlight one option which we believe is right for you.
Application
Once you select an option that you prefer and are comfortable to proceed, we will then prepare the application submission for you and manage the process from submission to settlement.
We will represent you and follow up with lenders during this process. We will keep you informed of the whole process from submission, to conditional approval, to formal approval, to settlement and beyond.
Settlement
Once we have formal approval, we will work with related parties to minimise surprises till your property is settled.
Annual review
We live in an ever-changing world and a lot can change in 12 months. Your lifestyle and need have changed, there are new financial products and offers that fit your goals better.
Having an annual review plan to review your loan portfolio will make sure the loan product you have is still the right option to help you reach your goal.

I’m proud to have created Concept Funding to partner with you to buy your first property to live in or your first investment property.
With a strong background in analytics, I have worked for most of the major banks: Westpac, CBA, Suncorp and Bank of America (London). I left the restrictions of the corporate world for the flexibility to help individuals on a one-on-one basis.
As a property investor myself, my unique combination of professional and personal property experience means I can help you achieve your dream of buying your first home.

Having emigrated from Vietnam, along with my family, I am grateful and blessed to call Australia home. In my personal life, I am dedicated to my family and have been actively involved with Australian Health Humanitarian Aid (AHHA.org.au) since 2005. AHHA provides free cataract operations, dental care and humanitarian aid to those in need in Vietnam and Cambodia. In addition, I am a member of the Strathfield Rotary Club and am actively involved in fundraising activities that provide support locally and globally.
